Reiki is a Japanese technique that promotes healing. It is an ancient art of healing by touch, administered by “laying on hands” and is based on the idea that unseen“life force energy”flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. Reiki works on mind, body and spirit by channelling the universal life force energy to address not only physical disorders but also to heal emotional and spiritual issues.

Reiki Courses
Reiki level 1 - £350
This is a 2 day course where you will learn to perform a Reiki treatment up on yourself, to enable you to heal and de-stress. You will be attuned to the life force energy over the 2 days. This level is about self-healing.
Reiki level 2 - £475
This is a 2 day course where you will learn how to perform a Reiki treatment on others and how to send distant healing. You will be attuned to the level 2 frequency of life force energy over the 2 days. You qualify as a practitioner in this ancient art form of healing once this level is completed.
Reiki Master Teacher Course - £695
This is a 6 day course running over 5 weeks, culminating in the final week being run over 2 consecutive days, where you will be attuned to the master level energy. You will be taught how to teach all levels of Reiki and how to perform the attunement process.
