My Story

I’m GREY MATTER HEALING,
I have been a practitioner in Reiki healing since 1999 and have been a Master since 2008, teaching for the last 3 years. I am interested in all types of energy healing and have also studied, Theta therapy, Vibrational sound
massage using singing bowls and Crystal healing with Melody and am now also qualified to teach it. I have also trained in Hypnotherapy, Life coaching and NLP with the famous Ali Campbell. My true passion is to heal the mind, body and the soul from the inside out.
I also train clients on the Pilates reformer beds, which began more of a hobby, as I loved to train on the beds myself, personally not really enjoying the gym or running as a form of exercise. So when I found Pilates reformer beds I was hooked and quickly invested in a bed for home, I knew I needed to learn how to train myself and have fallen into teaching friends and now clients, having invested in another reformer bed so I am able to train 2 people at a time.
